Stripe processes only fees above £0; pay the provider's service price directly after the appointment.

BarberHero Pro currently costs £0 per month with no commission on service prices. Publishing an Opportunity is a separate paid feature whose final price is shown before purchase; professionals apply for free.

If something goes wrong, report it in the app or contact support. BarberHero can review provider conduct and the booking fee; service-price refunds must be agreed with the provider who received that payment.
